A change in perspective
If we are unhappy, we tend to see only the negative around us. There are always two sides to the coin, a positive and a negative. It is easy to find both but it is up to us which one to look at. The more we focus on one, the more of that we will see. Sometimes, we can find it tough to look at the positive because the negative can overtake us and not allow us to see anything else. When this is the case, focus on something else. Keep distracted and try to do things that you love. Help others and give your love to them. Do anything to make you feel fulfilled.

People will radiate to us because they will sense our loving energy and new opportunities will always come our way. Our souls are naturally happy. They see the good in everything and love everyone. When we do the same, we find life to be easier and more rewarding. We see the beauty of our universe. When we are happy we are tuned into the power of our souls and so the world we create around us is always a happy one. When we worry or overthink, we lose the ability to create a comforting environment around our hearts, but our thoughts do not have to be an enemy to us. We have a small world within our minds. We can go anywhere and do anything. It is always in our favor to go to the places we love the most.
